About Katherine Konop
My career began in high-pressure industries, including film and finance, where I developed a strong foundation in executive operations, strategic problem-solving, and high-level coordination. I worked on major productions with Picrow(Amazon Studios), HBO, CBS, and New Line Cinema, managing logistics, budgeting, and production operations. In finance, I worked at Bernstein Equity Partners and later at Financial Technology Partners, facilitating high-level executive meetings, managing investor relations, overseeing financial operations, and supporting international expansion efforts.
While I thrived in these fast-paced environments, I realized my true passion was helping others build sustainable, healthy lifestyles—starting where transformation begins: the home.
Today, I combine my operational expertise with my commitment to health and community as a real estate agent with The Barbara Mullaney Team, guiding clients toward homes and environments that support their overall well-being and life goals. Beyond real estate, I am the Founder of Feeling Full Nutrition—a practice dedicated to helping individuals find balance between self-care and professional success through evidence-based nutrition.
I also serve as Co-Chair of The Emerging Leader for No Kid Hungry, advocating for childhood food security and public health policy reform to expand access to nutritious food in underserved communities. My ultimate goal is to merge my experience in business, operations, and public health to create systemic change in food production, policy, and nutrition education—starting at the household level.
By helping people shape their living spaces to support healthier choices, we can foster individual and family well-being that ripples outward, influencing communities, industries, and policy toward informed, sustainable, and health-conscious decisions. Let’s connect and collaborate to drive impact in homes, communities, and systems—building healthier lives from the inside out.
